Quick start

Create an API Key

Create the credential used by your clients to call DINGJIAI.

Create a key

Create a key from the API Keys page in the console. The full secret is shown only once after creation. If you close the result, it cannot be viewed again; revoke the key and create a new one instead.

User API key User or client -> DINGJIAI
Upstream provider DINGJIAI -> upstream provider

Clients must always use the first kind of key. Never put an upstream key, payment secret, or any other credential in client configuration.

Use and protect the key

  • Use a separate key for each user; do not share keys.
  • Never commit a key to Git or include it in public docs, screenshots, or chats.
  • Prefer environment variables or a client credential store instead of hard-coding keys in source code.
  • If a key is exposed, disable or delete it immediately and create a replacement.
  • A successful password reset revokes existing user API keys.

Next: Integrate with DINGJIAI.
