These terms apply when you use the DINGJIAI API platform, console, user API keys, model calls, balances, and usage views through dingjiai.com.

1. Service scope
DINGJIAI provides a lightweight API resale and forwarding service. Models, prices, endpoint capabilities, and upstream account availability are governed by backend configuration, console views, and actual call records.
2. Accounts and API keys
A user API key is your credential for calling DINGJIAI. It is not an upstream provider key. Keep your account, password, session, and user API keys secure.
3. Balance, charges, and billing
Your balance must be greater than zero before a call starts. Successful settlement may make the balance negative. Historical calls keep their call-time price snapshots.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attack, abuse, leak credentials, bypass limits, or submit sensitive or unlawful content you are not allowed to process.
5. Availability
DINGJIAI is an API gateway and billing platform, not an upstream provider. Actual responses may depend on upstream providers, networks, account state, and API changes.
6. Model outputs
Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for deciding whether outputs fit your business and compliance needs.
7. Risk handling
If abnormal activity, abuse, or security risk is detected, the platform may rate-limit, pause calls, disable API keys, or restrict account usage.
